Start.me is a start page of widgets and links. Bookmer is a bookmark manager: the pages you save live in one library, then stay available in every browser and on every device.
A start page is useful when you want a grid of links the moment a tab opens. A bookmark manager is useful when the collection grows and you still need to search it, nest it, and open it from a phone or another browser.
Bookmer can be the place you start — including Bookmer Browser, a browsing surface built around the library — without locking the links to a single new-tab layout.
Keep a collection private, or publish it as a public page. Custom domains for a published page are on paid plans. The free plan still includes unlimited bookmarks and folders.
